Scrum — o essencial

Sprint — iteração fixa (1-2 semanas). Goal: entregar incremento funcional.

Cerimónias:

• Daily standup — 15 min, o que fiz/faço/bloqueios
• Sprint planning — escolher user stories para o sprint
• Sprint review — demo do que foi feito
• Retrospective — o que melhorar no processo
